About Us
Powerbase Building Services Limited is a privately owned Mechanical and Electrical contracting company with its base close to Finsbury Square and an established workforce drawn from all around the capital and its suburbs – we know and understand the ethos of London.
We have been operating for over a decade, with a great deal of experience in the industry prior. Our vision and strategy are to continually improve our quality of service by forming close relationships with our clients and listening carefully to customer feedback. We then hope to use this information, as well as our experience and expertise, to meet our customers’ needs and expectations more consistently.
Our fully qualified team have an extensive degree of experience which has led Powerbase to undertake a variety of jobs in different service areas. Corporate Social Responsibility
The Powerbase mentality for improving our CSR is to maintain a high-quality service whilst still remaining a socially and environmentally responsible organisation. Unfortunately, as an electrical and mechanical contractor, we realise that our day-to-day conduct of operations can sometimes have a negative impact on the environment. As a CSR orientated employer, we do our best to mitigate this damage by creating an environmental policy that is effective at discovering negative impacts and eliminating them (discussed in detail in ‘Our Policies’) and by making sure all employees strictly adhere to it. We also take an active role in encouraging other members in our sector to increase their commitment to Environmental issues. We aim to achieve this by working closely with our customers, suppliers and workforce to increase an understanding of any potential environmental problems and how to eliminate them if they occur.

Powerbase fully recognises the importance of obtaining certifications as proof of delivering a high quality of service. We are planning to expand our list recognised certifications to the highest degree possible in the near future to assure our customers of our commitment.
NICEIC
As an NICEIC approved electrical contractor, our clients are guaranteed the highest levels of testing and inspection of services.

As an ECA approved electrical contractor, we receive numerous benefits that help ensure we deliver a high quality of service for our clients. Being a member of the leading trade association for electrical engineering also guarantees that we will have the support of a body that will lobby against the government in our interests and provide support for technical issues, employment, health and safety, contracts, energy solutions and training if it was needed.
