Summary of Project:

The works consisted of a full refurbishment to five floors, that would be converted into a set of luxurious flats, as well as the addition of a new floor that was used as the Penthouse Suite. Several installations were required for the converted floors and new Penthouse Suite which included intruder alarm systems, landlord’s CCTV, fire alarm systems, as well as AV/TV and Satellites. As well as these systems, the flats required the installation of sub main supply cabling, electrical containment and distribution including distribution boards, small power, lighting and emergency lighting, access control, and data cabling and telephone networks within each flat.
