1 Nelson Road, a classic corner property located on one of the busiest high streets in Greenwich,  required a complete refurbishment to both the internal and external structure. The internal work required a completely new design and installation of mechanical and electrical services to the property. Some of the work that was carried out included new sub main cabling, electrical distribution including distribution boards for flats and Landlords services, the installation of lighting and emergency lighting,  installation, access control, a new AV/TV system, and fire alarm systems for both landlords and domestic needs.

 

21 King William Walk

The listed four storey 21 King William Walk property required similar refurbishment and predominately included the new design and installation of mechanical and electrical services to the property. Some of the work that was carried included the installation of electrical containment and distribution, lighting and small power, access control, and a new AV/TV system.
