Summary of Project

The works consisted of a full refurbishment to five floors that were converted into luxurious flats, as well as the addition of a new floor that was used as the Penthouse Suite. Several systems and installations were required for the converted floors and new Penthouse Suite which included intruder alarm systems, landlord’s CCTV, fire alarm systems, as well as AV/TV and Satellite systems.

New electrical distribution installation including distribution boards for 5No flats and Landlords services.
New electrical containment installation.
New lighting and emergency lighting installations.
New small power installations.
New Access control installations.
New intruder alarm systems for each flat.
New Landlords CCTV installation.
New AV/TV and Satellite systems.
New Data cabling and telephone Networks within each flat.
New fire alarm installations for both landlords and domestic systems.
